Our delivery service is Posti of Finland in small package and Matkahuolto for bigger package. The products will be send in 5-10 next workdays. When, the package has arrived to be picked up you will get a notice of arrival.

Handling charge
Postal charges will be added on the deliveries by weight. Final postal charges will show on your order.

Time of delivery

Returns
You can return an item by post within 14 days of receipt.

Products which have broken down in the delivery
Unfortenately, sometimes the package can't get safely to the destination, please make notification of claim to your postal office and to us by email tilaukset@johan.fi
